Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in recruitment as a talent partner/coordinator.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with high-volume operations recruitment is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills for candidate engagement.
• Curiosity and creativity in improving processes.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on candidate experience.
• Ability to manage the 360 recruitment process.
• Experience in interviewing and understanding candidate motivations.
