Overview

The Sales Enablement Product Data Hub Lead will be a strategic driver of business transformation within our sales organization, focusing on change management and AI Sales Enablement initiatives.

• Lead change management for the Product Data Hub (PDH) project.
• Translate technical concepts into actionable adoption plans.
• Create and implement a comprehensive change management plan.
• Coordinate training sessions and materials for new tools.
• Assist in developing strategies for AI adoption across the sales organization.

• Contribute to strategic sales enablement programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Sales/Business Operations or similar roles.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Experience in project management.
• Ability to bridge technical and business needs.
• Familiarity with AI tools and sales technologies.
• Experience in training and content creation.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely.
