Technical Solutions Manager (Battery Electric Vehicles) - Remote

Overview

The Technical Solutions Manager is responsible for successfully troubleshooting and providing technical support to both internal and external customers, focusing on Battery Electric Vehicles (BEV) in North America.

In Short

• Monitor and evaluate operations of Battery Electric coaches.
• Coordinate field and engineering responses and support.
• Develop and implement BEV system and operation training.
• Work with various departments to create a BEV onboarding process.
• Provide technical assistance to customers via calls and emails.
• Document troubleshooting procedures and product issues.
• Provide 24-hour on-call emergency support.
• Travel is required (90%).
• Assist with warranty claims and campaign completion.
• Produce detailed presentations on coach issues.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s in Engineering preferred.
• Experience with vehicle electrical systems and diagnostics.
• Proficiency with I.O. Controls and various electrical systems.
• Minimum of 5 years experience with Motor Coach products.
• CFC12-12 Certified and Technician Type II MV AC EPA Certification.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
• Computer literate in Microsoft Office products.
• Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) required.
• Detailed knowledge of HVAC systems.
• Flexibility and availability for travel throughout the workweek.
