Overview

As a Field Service Technician, you will serve as an onsite mobile technician, traveling within your assigned territory under the guidance of the Regional Product Support Manager to troubleshoot and repair equipment, perform retrofits and campaigns, and efficiently manage all computer-based reporting and job logistics, with the goal of exceeding customer expectations while supporting broader company objectives.

In Short

  • Provide on-site technical and mechanical support for customers.
  • Assemble, organize, and maintain company reports.
  • Communicate professionally with customers and co-workers.
  • Investigate and report product issues.
  • Recommend resolutions in coordination with relevant departments.
  • Assist with controlled testing of components and installations.
  • Stay current with vehicle systems training.
  • Suggest improvements to technical publications.
  • Resolve customer problems efficiently.
  • Perform special assignments as required.

Requirements

  • Fluent in French.
  • Minimum of 5 years as a Certified Technician or equivalent.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient with PLC systems and troubleshooting.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience with diagnostic software.
  • High-voltage experience desired.
  • Certification or licensing as required.
  • 50% Travel required.
  • Must have a valid passport.
