Field Service Technician - Remote

Overview

The Field Service Technician is responsible for performing moderately complex customer support activities, including installation, diagnostics, repair, and support for equipment and systems at customer sites.

• Perform installation, diagnostics, and repair of equipment at customer locations.

Requirements

• Technical degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 0 to 3 years of related experience.
• Ability to read hydraulic schematics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with customers and peers.
• Physical ability to lift/carry up to 100 pounds.
• Ability to perform various physical tasks as required.
• Knowledge of safety standards and regulations.
• Technical problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work in varying conditions (indoor/outdoor).
