Overview

The Customer Development Manager at Repco focuses on building successful business relationships with trade customers in the Northern Suburbs of Perth, leveraging sales skills and automotive knowledge.

In Short

• Provide exceptional sales and service experiences for trade customers.
• Report to a Channel Manager and collaborate with Store Managers.
• Manage relationships with around 150 customers.
• Achieve sales budgets and drive safety culture.
• Participate in sales meetings, trade shows, and training sessions.
• Utilize an effective CRM system for customer management.
• Foster relationships through consultation and understanding customer needs.
• Sales focus with responsibility for territory performance.
• Tools of Trade provided including vehicle, mobile phone, and laptop.

Requirements

• Sales and/or customer management experience preferred.
• Ability to build relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Experience using CRM systems.
• Valid Australian driver's licence required.
• Passion for automotive industry is a plus.
• Willingness to lift, bend, climb, and operate machinery safely.
• Thrive in a KPI driven environment.
• Open to applicants without industry experience.
