Customer Development Manager III - Remote

Overview

The Customer Development Manager III is the primary account manager for strategic ePay customer relationships. The CDM III will develop and manage customer relationships to achieve payment portfolio growth, profitability, and revenue retention goals. In Short

• Develop and execute strategic and tactical account plans for large accounts.
• Utilize customer and ePay information to develop payment strategies.
• Collaborate with partners to drive customer satisfaction.
• Support onboarding efforts for new suppliers.
• Act as the voice of the customer for feedback.
• Assess portfolio risk and ensure referenceable customers.
• Support ePay sales and operational teams.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years in a Customer Success or Account Development role.
• Experience engaging with decision-makers in healthcare organizations.
• Revenue growth responsibility of $3M or more.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance or comparable business degree.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to develop and maintain business relationships.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
