Field Service Technician - Remote

Overview

Opportunity for a Field Service Technician to join our team in Brisbane and work on our market-leading Infusion Equipment in this 12-month fixed term contract role.

In Short

• Provide on-site support on software and hardware for electro-medical equipment.
• Carry out remediation, depot and field repairs, and preventative maintenance.
• Document all work accurately in accordance with company guidelines.
• Participate in training courses on specialised topics.
• Maintain knowledge of AS/NZS Standards for electro-medical equipment.
• Exhibit professionalism as a BD representative.
• Ensure safe work practices are followed.
• Be available to travel and work outside business operational hours.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Work independently and contribute positively to team efforts.

Requirements

• Strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to focus and prioritise tasks effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Relevant qualifications in Electronics, Computing, or Engineering.
• Previous experience in medical device repairs is desirable.
• Current unrestricted driver’s license and own vehicle are advantageous.
• Experience with Salesforce or ServiceMax is a plus.
• Electrical Appliance Serviceperson registration required.
• Flexible and adaptable to change.
• Well-organised and detail-oriented.
