Overview

The Enterprise Account Executive of Networks at Motive is responsible for developing and closing business with large, complex accounts, managing the end-to-end relationship while driving strategic and operational success.

In Short

  • Guide a team of Account Executives on prospecting and achieving revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for pre- and post-sale activities.
  • Develop relationships with corporate champions to grow business.
  • Track and report on team progress against KPIs.

  • Partner with Sales Enablement for training and coaching.
  • Ensure effective use of CRM and sales tools.
  • Deepen understanding of market trends and technology platform.
  • Resolve operational problems effectively.
  • Lead in a fast-paced environment with high-quality standards.

Requirements

  • 8-10 years of Enterprise sales experience with F500 or F1000 clients.
  • 6+ years managing cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in Telematics, SaaS, and Logistics is a plus.
  • Ability to lead and motivate teams.
  • Strong customer communication and empathy skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools.
  • History of developing successful sales cultures.
  • Ability to build rapport with C-suite executives.
  • Collaborative mindset with internal partners.
  • Operating experience in dynamic environments is a plus.
