Requirements

  • 3+ years experience as a frontline sales manager.
  • Proven track record in managing SaaS sales teams.
  • Strong understanding of business metrics.
  • Competitive mindset.
  • Receptive to feedback and continuous improvement.
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM.
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
