In Short

• Serve as a hands-on practitioner in Motive’s primary global HRIS system, Workday.
• Maintain data quality and reinforce data governance.
• Accountable for day-to-day management of the Workday HCM platform.
• Assist with project management initiatives and optimization of the platform.
• Conduct Workday audits to ensure accuracy.
• Respond to basic questions about Workday processes and troubleshoot issues.
• Document solutions and create process workflows.
• Engage with the Workday community to learn about new functionalities.
• Provide training and deliver Workday reports as needed.
• Meet with internal stakeholders to detail project requirements.

Requirements

• 2+ years of technical Workday experience.
• 2+ years experience in People Operations, HRIS, or a similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree or significant HR Ops experience.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment with excellent customer service.
• Proactive attitude with initiative in identifying process improvements.
• Commitment to confidentiality and discretion with sensitive information.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills.
• Enjoy working in a team and partnering with stakeholders.
