Construction Virtual Assistant - Remote

Overview

As a Construction VA, you will play a critical role in supporting and scaling the company’s renovation operations, providing project coordination and administrative support across multiple construction projects.

• Full-time remote position working in US Time Zone (EST).
• Support renovation operations by coordinating multiple active construction projects.
• Develop schedules and budgets, and track project metrics.
• Manage trade partner coordination and documentation.
• Assist with materials procurement and financial transactions.
• Provide light bookkeeping support related to construction projects.
• Help obtain necessary permits and entitlements for projects.
• Maintain quality control and track key performance indicators.
• Utilize Microsoft Office and BuilderTrend software.
• Work independently while managing multiple projects.

Requirements

• Strong project management experience.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• High-level English proficiency (spoken and written).
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to learn and apply construction terminology.
• Experience with residential renovation is a plus.
• Familiarity with construction materials and tools is advantageous.
• Knowledge of green building practices is a nice to have.
• Understanding of safety protocols and documentation.
• Experience managing vendors or subcontractors is beneficial.
