Overview

The Boutique COO supports the Construction Industry and is looking for an excellent, self-starting, virtual assistant to join the team.

In Short

  • Manage projects on behalf of Real Estate clients.
  • Complete various virtual assistant tasks including scheduling and emailing.
  • Manage lead conversion and research projects.
  • Perform data entry and other project-related tasks.
  • Communicate professionally with clients.
  • Adjust to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Work flexible hours starting at 20 hours per week.
  • Potential to grow hours up to 40 per week.
  • Most project turnaround times are 1-2 days.
  • This is a remote position.

Requirements

  • Experience in the construction industry is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
