Overview

The Boutique COO supports business owners and founders and is looking for an excellent, self-starting, virtual assistant to join our contractor network. In particular, we are looking for a Spanish-Speaking VA to support a bilingual client.

In Short

• Manages projects on behalf of clients, managing and meeting deadlines
• Completes various virtual assistant tasks including scheduling, emailing, lead conversion management, research projects, and data entry
• Communicates professionally with clients and adjusts to their changing priorities and deadlines
• Flexible hours and schedule, typically ranging from 10-30 hours per week
• Remote position

Requirements

• Fluent in Spanish
• Self-starter with excellent communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects
• Experience with virtual assistant tasks
• Strong organizational skills
