The Virtual Assistant - Construction will support renovation projects by coordinating communications, managing project tracking, and ensuring timely material procurement.

Requirements

• Familiarity with Google Drive, ClickUp, WhatsApp, Slack, and Excel.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proven ability to manage communications with multiple teams.
• Experience in material planning and vendor coordination.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to follow SOPs and timelines.
