Overview

This role will be focused on Wealth transfer processes, alongside customer support, and the main focus for the first 12 months will be on our Savings Product.

  • Participate in a 6-month trial period with specific working hours.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience with Wealth products.
  • Ability to identify process inefficiencies.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Team collaboration skills.
  • Empathy and customer ownership.
  • Positive attitude and role model behavior.
  • Competence in handling customer conversations.
  • Ability to prioritize workload effectively.
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach.
