Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a User Researcher in a tech organization.

• Ability to work collaboratively with product, data, and design teams.
• Proven track record of making decisions that promote diversity.
• Experience in coaching non-researchers about user research.
• Ability to support and empower team members.
• Experience in developing product strategies based on user insights.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and projects.
