Requirements

  • Strong outsourcing management skills.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
  • Strong financial acumen and budget management experience.
  • Expertise in workforce management and performance analytics.
  • Familiarity with customer service technologies.
  • Data-driven focus on metrics and continuous improvement.
