Requirements

• Experience as a People Partner in a tech company.
• Strong relationships at Executive and Senior Leadership level.
• Experience with international expansion.
• Track record of building scalable people processes.
• Understanding of organizational design at scale.
• Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in employee relations and talent development.
• Comfortable analyzing data for decision-making.
• Innovative in designing new ways of working.
