Overview

The Head of Group Commercial Legal will operate as the Group Legal lead for commercial contracts globally, providing strategic legal advice and support to the Supplier Operations and leadership teams at Monzo.

Requirements

• 10+ years of post-qualification experience in commercial contracts law.
• Expertise in IT and outsourcing arrangements.
• Experience advising on commercial contracts across multiple jurisdictions.
• Experience working in-house for a global technology company.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing contractors.
• Proven track record in enhancing legal processes and systems.
• Ability to balance legal risk with commercial reality.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Outstanding interpersonal and team player skills.
