As a Fraud Operations Analyst at Monzo, you will play a crucial role in protecting our bank and customers by investigating complex fraud cases and providing technical support to the operational teams.

• Investigate complex and high-risk fraud cases.
• Act as the final point of technical escalation.
• Support urgent complaints investigations.

• Deliver coaching to Fraud Specialists and Team Managers.

Requirements

• Significant experience in complex fraud investigations.
• Strong team player with technical expertise.
• Deep knowledge of fraud prevention policies.
• Ability to provide actionable feedback.
• Experience in delivering fraud training.
• Strong time management skills.
• Ability to articulate fraud risks in fintech.
• Bonus: Professional certification in fraud or AML.
• Fluency in MacOS, Slack, and GSuite is a plus.
