Fraud Operations Analyst - Remote

Currently, we are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Fraud Operations Analyst to join our dynamic Fraud Ops team.

In Short

• Protect the integrity of our games and user community by monitoring and analyzing suspicious player activity for potential fraud.
• Review user wallet transactions and relevant play activity for potential fraud on a daily basis.
• Utilize various tools, systems, and reports to detect and uncover fraud trends.
• Stay current with fraud and user behavior trends.
• Support management and internal teams on ad hoc requests and fraud reviews.
• Work collaboratively with other departments to develop and optimize fraud-related processes.
• Ensure compliance with anti-money laundering and gaming regulations.
• Partner with the Customer Support team to develop and implement protocol for reviewing support issues.
• Work in cross-functional teams to design and manage fraud prevention systems.

Requirements

• 1 - 3 years of relevant experience in a Fraud, Risk Operations, or related role.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent education and experience.
• Knowledge of Daily Fantasy Sports, Gaming, and/or payment processes.
• A self-starter with strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Investigative curiosity and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work a hybrid remote and in-office schedule.
• Ability to interpret data and behaviors.
