Conduct & Compliance Manager - Remote

Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced compliance professional to help build our 2nd Line of Defence (2LoD) conduct and compliance capabilities for Monzo in Europe. You will be at the forefront of ensuring we grow and scale in a safe and compliant manner.

In Short

• Support the roll out of Monzo EU’s Conduct Risk Management Framework.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of conduct and compliance policies.
• Provide compliance review and sign-off for advertising and marketing materials.
• Assist in the preparation of conduct and compliance reports.
• Contribute to the ongoing regulatory change management process.
• Assist in drafting and delivering compliance training initiatives.
• Work closely with various teams across the business.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Promote a robust compliance culture within the organization.

Requirements

• Prior experience in conduct and/or compliance roles within a fintech or financial institution.
• Detailed knowledge of conduct and consumer protection regulation.
• Good understanding of the regulatory environment in Ireland and the EU.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders.
• Passion for financial technology.
