Overview

Join this unique opportunity to be an Enterprise Account Manager in the Benelux region! You will create long-term, trusting relationships with customers and oversee a portfolio of assigned clients, focusing on developing new business and achieving sales targets.

In Short

  • Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Establish and cultivate strong relationships with key clients.
  • Drive quarterly Added Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) targets.
  • Maintain accurate forecasts and track account metrics.
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts for profitability.
  • Engage with executive stakeholders as a trusted advisor.
  • Provide clear communication on initiatives to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Management and Renewal Management.
  • Serve as the lead contact for all commercial matters.
  • Manage client requests and escalations effectively.

Requirements

  • At least 3+ years of experience in account management within a SaaS company - MUST
  • Proven track record of meeting and/or exceeding sales targets - MUST
  • High-level English proficiency - MUST
  • Experience selling multi-product solutions - advantage
  • Experience selling in the Benelux region - advantage
  • Customer-centric and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Positive attitude, empathy, and high energy.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
