Overview

The Director of Enrollment (Duals) is responsible for overseeing the preparation, processing, and maintenance of member enrollment records, ensuring compliance with regulations, and managing staff within the enrollment department.

• Oversee enrollment and premium staff across defined regions.
• Ensure compliance with company-wide reconciliation processes.
• Verify and maintain health plan member enrollment records.
• Address enrollment-related questions from various channels.
• Monitor accuracy of enrollment data delivery.
• Act as a subject matter expert for related projects.
• Maintain policies and standard operating procedures.
• Conduct employee reviews and coaching sessions.
• Research and resolve enrollment system rejections.
• Manage the sending of membership cards and materials.

Requirements

• Graduate Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 7-9 years of experience in Duals/Medicare enrollment.
• 10+ years of experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Medicaid and Medicare regulations.
