The Director of Guest Engagement will drive the development and execution of data-driven strategies to enhance sales and improve business results by engaging known guests. This role requires leveraging data insights for decision-making and guiding the guest engagement practice across all clients.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in hospitality or retail is a plus.
