Overview

The Strategy Advancement Director is responsible for advancing Molina’s growth strategy and positioning the company for success in Medicaid, CHIP, DSNP, and Marketplace procurements.

  • Conduct market research and analyze industry trends.
  • Drive development of win themes and strategy recommendations.
  • Support stakeholder engagement with state agencies and organizations.
  • Serve as an expert in the pre-procurement process.
  • Use tools like Salesforce for market intelligence tracking.
  • Mentor junior staff and interns within the team.
  • Participate in business development activities.
  • 50% or more travel required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Public Policy, or related field.
  • 7 years in market strategy or business development.
  • Experience in pre-RFP strategy development.
  • Strong understanding of Medicaid programs.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar tools.
  • Strong experience in stakeholder engagement.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
