• MNS Engineers is hiring a Talent Acquisition Lead to support all US based offices.
• This position has the option of being remote in the Pacific and Mountain time zones.
• Responsible for the full recruiting lifecycle including job postings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and deal closing.
• Ensure candidates have a positive perception of MNS Engineers throughout the process.
• Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing plans.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to meet hiring needs.
• Drive the offer process including negotiations and closing candidates.
• Engage in diversity and inclusion hiring strategies.
• Maintain and update job descriptions regularly.
• Lead process changes to maximize efficiency and reduce time to hire.

Requirements

• Minimum of five (5) years of recruiting experience.
• At least three (3) years in AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction).
• Experience recruiting licensed civil engineers in California is highly desired.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong analytical problem-solving aptitude.
• Ability to organize work efficiently.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Experience with Paylocity is a plus.
