• MNS is searching for a strategic Traffic Engineer.
• This position can be remote or hybrid from one of our California offices.
• Work standard office hours (8am-5pm Pacific Time).
• Own technical leadership related to transportation projects.
• Specialize in traffic design and electrical/ITS related work.
• Engage in project life cycle from conceptual to final design.
• Prepare project documents, specifications, and studies.
• Mentor junior staff and assist in business development.
• Execute work on multiple projects and ensure adherence to budget.
• Coordinate design activities with staff and clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from an accredited program.
• California Professional Engineer (PE) or Engineer in Training (EIT).
• 4-12 years of experience in traffic engineering.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated, innovative, and resourceful.
• Knowledge of CADD/Design software.
