Overview

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Traffic Engineer to join our team! In this role, you will work within a new PMO on major highways and infrastructure projects in Riyadh City, KSA.

In Short

• Undertake and review traffic engineering designs.
• Develop and manage project scope, schedules, and budgets.
• Prepare traffic engineering plans including signal designs.
• Coordinate with subject matter experts for project delivery.
• Conduct and document traffic studies using analytical tools.
• Develop technical approaches for traffic engineering projects.
• Promote safety and enhance transportation operations.
• Work within a multi-discipline team environment.
• Proficient in CAD and engineering software.
• Contribute to project efficiency proactively.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
• 10+ years of related work experience.
• Experience with Microstation, Bentley OpenRoads, and Projectwise.
• Understanding of traffic analysis tools and operations principles.
• Experience in traffic engineering design plans.
• Knowledge of ODOT design standards and traffic operations studies.
• Experience in reviewing third-party designs.
• Ability to manage large tasks and projects.
• Proficiency in CAD software.
• Proactive approach to team collaboration.
