Overview

The Temporary HR Coordinator is responsible for answering phones, assigning work, triaging client matters, and collaborating with the rest of the Advisory Experts team. This role requires a strong customer service orientation and the ability to troubleshoot issues in a fast-paced environment.

In Short

  • Answer and triage client calls with high customer service.
  • Manage incoming written client correspondence and phone calls.
  • Create and assign cases to team members.
  • Provide real-time navigation support to clients.
  • Use active listening to interpret client questions.
  • Collaborate with others amidst frequent interruptions.
  • Document client interactions thoroughly and timely.
  • Perform other assigned duties as needed.

Requirements

  • One or more years of high-volume customer service experience.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
  • Stellar customer service skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office and G-Suite.
  • Strong reading comprehension and research skills.
  • Ability to handle heavy phone and written communication.
  • Ability to navigate multiple technology systems.
