Overview

As a Strategic Account Executive at Mistral AI, you will play a critical role in expanding the adoption of AI technologies within key accounts by managing the full sales cycle and collaborating with various teams for successful deployment.

In Short

  • Identify and develop strategic accounts through outbound efforts.
  • Drive tailored conversations for upselling and expansion opportunities.
  • Own the end-to-end sales process for assigned accounts.
  • Build strong relationships with decision-makers in strategic accounts.
  • Guide customers through evaluations and proof-of-concept phases.
  • Coordinate with internal teams on deal structure and execution.
  • Translate successful pilots into long-term partnerships.
  • Share customer insights to influence product roadmap.
  • Support marketing and product initiatives with account-level feedback.
  • Engage in technical conversations confidently with clients.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in strategic or enterprise sales.
  • Strong academic background in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Experience in AI, data, or infrastructure ecosystems is a plus.
  • Track record of success in a fast-growing startup or tech environment.
  • Strong technical aptitude and solution-oriented discussion skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Fluency in English and Dutch required.
