Overview

Mirakl is looking for a Senior Enterprise Account Manager to support the rapid adoption of the marketplace model and contribute to the company's growth.

In Short

  • Generates sales for a portfolio of accounts.
  • Manages contract renewals to secure future revenues.
  • Builds account plans for key customers.
  • Identifies new sales opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Manages end-to-end sales process for up-sell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Participates in business reviews to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Coordinates with client success and sales teams.
  • Keeps up to date on new product enhancements.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a closing role at a SaaS company.
  • Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or Finance.
  • Able to manage complex enterprise sales.
  • Successful history of closing complex deals.
  • Strong understanding of business practices and industry trends.
  • Comfortable with conceptual selling and demonstrating ROI.
  • Demonstrated work ethic and consistent over-achievement.
  • Excellent verbal/written skills.
  • Proficiency in German and fluency in English.
  • Proficiency in an Eastern European language is a plus.
