Senior Enterprise Account Manager - Remote

Overview

Our partner is a leading global provider of mobile, fixed-line, internet, and TV services. Currently, the business unit for corporate clients is being developed, for which we are looking for a (Senior) Enterprise Account Manager.

In Short

• Consulting and sales of complex fixed-line, cloud & security, and UCC products
• Care and maintenance of existing customer relationships in collaboration with relevant account managers
• Development and expansion of customer-specific account plans and collaboration with internal departments to optimize customer processes
• Regular analysis and reporting of customer activities
• Analysis and acquisition of new customer potentials and conducting needs assessments
• Regular completion of administrative tasks

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in key account management or solution sales
• Experience in identifying customer requirements and developing customer-oriented solutions
• Solid technical knowledge in network infrastructures, cloud, and security, e.g., SD-WAN
• Quick comprehension and independent, self-directed knowledge expansion
• Ability to carry out administrative tasks carefully, structured, and regularly
• Team-oriented thinking and active participation in the development of team culture
• Fluent in German and English
