In Short

  • Ensure achievement of revenue and new business goals for the entire vertical.
  • Define the holistic vertical strategy and coordinate the Vertical Fixed Account Managers.

Requirements

  • At least 8-10 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in the telecommunications or ICT industry.
  • Experience in leading a sales team in direct sales of ICT solutions such as Telco, Cloud, IT-Security, Networking, or IoT.
  • Strategic sales management is your daily business – pipeline management, forecasting, and deal qualification are standard for you.
  • Proficient in CRM systems like Salesforce with a focus on data quality and transparent sales processes.
  • A true team leader who motivates, coaches, and develops with a focus on performance and potential.
  • Experience in selling complex ICT solutions with a good sense of customer needs and decision-making structures.
  • Comfortable at C-level, able to engage demanding customers and build long-term relationships, even in an international context.
  • Familiar with SD-WAN, Cloud, IT-Security, SASE, and IoT topics.
  • Fluent in German (C2 level) and English (at least C1) for communication with international customers, partners, and colleagues within the Vodafone Group.
