Overview

The Manager, Sales Account Management role involves providing account and sales support to Carrier selling offices in North America, focusing on developing and growing product sales throughout the assigned region.

In Short

  • Develop and drive sales growth strategy within the assigned region.
  • Identify and promote best practices across the region.
  • Establish and track sales efforts in Salesforce.
  • Provide account and pricing management to Carrier Sales Offices.
  • Deliver sales presentations and support for Controls Expert Program needs.
  • Participate in product demonstrations and training.
  • Travel as required within the region (~40%).
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support sales and training needs.
  • Participate in various team activities related to new product releases.
  • Collect and deliver voice-of-customer feedback.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 7+ years of experience in HVAC and/or Building Management Systems Market.
  • Experience with Carrier’s i-Vu Open and/or CCN systems preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and deliver consistently.
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Up-to-date knowledge on new technologies.
  • Familiarity with MS Office and Salesforce.com.
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions.
  • Flexibility with job duties as assigned.
