Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Account Manager to join our outside sales team. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities.

Requirements

  • 3–7 years of experience in industrial sales.
  • Understanding of industrial refrigeration systems.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel frequently (up to 50–75%).
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
