Overview

Minted is seeking a highly motivated Manager of Strategic Partnerships to join our Business Development team. This role focuses on building and managing partnerships with major retailers to scale our wholesale businesses.

In Short

  • Build and cultivate wholesale partnerships with retailers.
  • Own the overall strategy for each partnership.
  • Identify sales performance issues and opportunities.
  • Act as a key cross-functional partner across teams.
  • Create presentations for new partnerships.
  • Drive and track key success metrics.
  • Document and improve wholesale processes.
  • Consult on branding for in-store signage.
  • Provide feedback on product displays in stores.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • 4-7 years of work experience, preferably in partnerships.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Project management and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets and Google Slides.
  • Experience with large retailers is a plus.
  • Bonus: Experience in home furnishings or related products.
