Overview

The primary responsibility of a guest service agent is to provide expertise services in a courteous manner, ensuring guest satisfaction during their stay.

• Provide outstanding guest service during their stay.
• Take reservations and register guests.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and comments promptly.
• Ensure guest satisfaction upon completion of their stay.
• Work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Italian or German speaker is a must.
• Prior experience in hotel front office operations is preferred.
• Computer skills in MS Office are necessary.
• Experience with Property Management Systems (PMS) is preferred.
