Account Service Agent - Remote

Overview

As an Account Services Agent, you are integral to our customer account management and order processing. You update client records in our system and efficiently process orders and requests. Your effective collaboration with colleagues, along with your proactive and supportive approach, helps maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and contributes to the overall success of our team.

In Short

• Create and update customer account records.
• Process customer orders and sales contracts.
• Respond to emails and phone calls to support colleagues.
• Work with colleagues and across departments to support and resolve inquiries, executing tasks as needed.
• Provide general administrative support as needed.
• Assist with and perform other related tasks, duties, and projects as required.
• Hybrid three days in office two days remote.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Proven ability to cultivate strong relationships through effective cross-departmental collaboration and communication.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely.
• Fast and accurate typing skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Exceptional multitasking abilities, capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Ability to pass a criminal record check required.
