Vice President of Construction - Remote

Overview

The Vice President of Construction will lead and manage construction operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards in a fully remote position.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or postgraduate degree in relevant fields or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in federal construction, particularly military installations.
• Experience in Job Cost and Schedule Management.
• Prior Business Unit/Profit & Loss management experience preferred.
• Strong estimating and purchasing experience.
• Proven project management skills with successful project delivery.
• Ability to manage multiple subsidiaries effectively.
• Strong process improvement and operational efficiency skills.
• Experience with federal government agency customers.
• Ability to manage people and processes to achieve company goals.
