Vice President of Deployment (Construction) - Remote

Overview

Nexamp is seeking a VP, Deployment (Construction) tasked with establishing and implementing the strategic vision for the future of Distributed Generation (DG) and Utility Scale (US) solar and storage construction for the organization.

In Short

• Set strategic goals for a construction team aligned with company objectives.
• Integrate with Clean Energy Deployment Operations for seamless project transitions.

• Collaborate with various teams to facilitate nationwide solar and storage construction.
• Guide the construction team to efficiently build quality projects.
• Manage construction risk, including contracts and budget reconciliation.
• Establish relationships with contractors and regulatory agencies.
• Promote safety on all jobsites.
• Provide regular updates to senior management on construction progress.

Requirements

• 10+ years in solar/storage field operations.
• 5+ years in cross-functional project leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's preferred.
• Experience with quality/process excellence methodologies preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
