Vice President of Deployment (Construction) - Remote

Overview

Nexamp is seeking a VP, Deployment (Construction) tasked with establishing and implementing the strategic vision for the future of Distributed Generation (DG) and Utility Scale (US) solar and storage construction for the organization.

In Short

• Establish strategic goals for a construction team.

Requirements

• 10+ years in solar and/or storage field operations.
• 5+ years of project leadership experience.
• Bachelor's degree; Master's preferred.
• Experience in quality or process excellence methodologies preferred.
• Experience managing teams and fostering collaboration.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
