Overview

The Vice President of Compensation will lead the development and oversight of the company’s compensation strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and talent management goals.

Requirements

• 15 years of experience in compensation management.
• 5 years in a leadership role.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of compensation principles and regulations.
• Expert in compensation benchmarking.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• CCP designation is a plus.
