Overview

EK Health Services Inc. is seeking a strategic and results-oriented Vice President of Sales to lead our national sales efforts! As a key member of the executive team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that drive growth, enhance market penetration, and align with our mission to deliver innovative, high-quality healthcare solutions. This position will be a "player/coach" role.

In Short

  • Drive revenue growth by generating and closing sales opportunities.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive national sales strategy.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop sales teams.
  • Standardize and optimize the sales process across all regions.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and market shifts.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to the CEO.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and operations teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a selling role in managed care or workers compensation.
  • In-depth knowledge of selling strategies and methods.
  • Strong working knowledge of the company's products and market.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
