Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Vice President of Sales to lead our sales team and drive the growth of our IME Sales.

In Short

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to maximize their potential and performance.
  • Travel to individual SD territories regularly for sales ridealongs and training.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s market presence.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients including insurance companies and law firms.
  • Utilize Salesforce for account management activities.
  • Conduct market analysis leveraging industry data.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and performance metrics to the executive team.
  • Oversee marketing and promotional activities to support sales initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the VP of Operations to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Proficiency in Salesforce and market analysis tools.
