Overview

Michael Baker International is seeking a Department Manager to lead our Surface Water Group in the Great Lakes Region, focusing on public and private drainage systems, BMP design, NPDES permitting, and high hazard dam facilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
• 10+ years of relevant engineering experience.
• Pennsylvania or Ohio P.E. license or ability to obtain one.
• Strong leadership and business acumen.
• Knowledge of civil engineering initiatives.
• Proven supervisory skills.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
