• Responsible for the technical and disciplinary leadership of the Urban Water Management department with about 20 employees.
• Manage and build customer relationships with public and private clients in NRW.
• Recruit new qualified employees for your department in collaboration with HR.

• Collaborate in a performance-oriented and high-performing team of department heads.
• Ensure successful execution of existing and new projects with our connected teams.
• Handle customer inquiries, calculations, and negotiations of offers.

Requirements

• Successfully completed engineering degree, preferably in civil engineering with a focus on urban water management or a comparable field.
• Several years of relevant professional experience in project management and ideally experience in leading a department.
• High social competence.
• Entrepreneurial thinking and action with pragmatic solutions, quality awareness, organizational talent, and a confident demeanor.
• Team player with a high level of commitment, resilience, and flexibility.
