Amtrak Client Manager - Remote

Overview

The Amtrak Client Manager will be responsible for business development, project management oversight, and client engagement for Amtrak projects within Michael Baker International’s Rail & Transit Practice.

• Lead business development and project management for Amtrak projects.
• Serve as the main point of contact for client engagement.
• Provide oversight to project managers and ensure project success.

• Proficient in MS Office 365 and design software.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 12+ years of experience with Amtrak.
• Professional Engineer’s license preferred.
• Strong client management and organizational skills.
• Ability to mentor and manage young staff.
• Knowledge of business development processes.
• Proficient in MS Office 365 and related design software.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects.
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
