Overview

The Brand Account Manager will be responsible for managing brand clients from the Malaysian market, focusing on campaign setup, monitoring, and optimization.

In Short

  • Work with brand clients to set up campaigns and ads.
  • Daily monitoring and optimization of clients' campaigns.
  • Create weekly reports and end-of-campaign reports.
  • Analyze results and provide recommendations for upselling.
  • Manage new clients from China.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in digital marketing.
  • Able to manage 10+ clients.
  • Knowledge of Malay, English, and Chinese languages.
  • Experience with native, brand clients/agencies.
  • Fluent in English (both verbal and written).
